  • 50%Deposit now. Releases material ordering and confirms your production window. Site visit and design fees are credited here.
  • 25%Milestone payment on longer projects only, tied to a verified stage and written into your approved scope in advance.
  • BalanceDue at completion after the final walkthrough and punch-list sign-off.
Separately quoted additions and any line-voltage electrical work are invoiced on their own and never folded silently into this balance.
